After several weeks, Jason and I got back out to the trails today. We hit another portion of the Ice Age Trail, starting a mile or so from the Whitewater Lake area and hiking away from it.
It was a beyond beautiful day. Thanks to a strong breeze, the heat wasn’t unbearable. It was a great morning to be outside.
Stairs. Oh, how I love those.

After a good hike, we headed home and I did almost all of my planting for the season. Herbs, hanging baskets, and a couple assorted flowers. All that remains are two tomato plants. I’m hoping for a successful growing season.

Great pictures! Brings me right back to last weekend
Looks like you and Jason had a fantastic day of hiking. I’m excited for you and your upcoming trip!
Thanks Kristin!
Stairs? Did someone say stairs?! I <3 stairs!! *shudder*
I like that last photo. Reminds me of the 'road less traveled' types of photos. Serene and green.
I bet you’re loving stairs these days
. How goes the training?
