Running

I’m a week and a half into my return to running, and it’s going well. I was completely drained of energy by Sunday, but I have since bounced back. I couldn’t have asked for better weather for exercising outdoors (although the heat has been a bit much for me).

On the docket for tomorrow: my easy run for the week, 1.5 miles. Slow and steady, my friends.
