As I have become more active outdoors, the more I have realized how important physical fitness is to enjoying those adventures. I enjoy running, walking, pilates, barre workouts, and hiking, of course.


I am a big believer in planning and tracking my workouts. Not only does it help me to see where I’ve been and where I’m going, but it helps to hold me accountable. My well-being is important to me. I use DailyMile to keep track of my workouts.


Being the goal-oriented person that I am, I enjoy incorporating races into my fitness plan. An upcoming race keeps me motivated to run and see my training plan through from beginning to end.
